About Us

Meet our baker, Ting Yu!

Ting worked part time in steakhouse restaurant while attending school before discovering her talent in pastries by the head chef. She then decided to attend culinary school recommended by the head chef to gain more knowledge and skills in the art of baking. After graduating from Institute of Culinary Education with highest honors in the School of Pastry & Baking Arts in 2017, Ting worked in various of bakeries to gain more experience and to follow her dream of opening her own cake shop.
